What is Stock Contender?
I engineered an application that analyzes market trends and financial data to identify stocks worth a closer look, pairing OpenAI's API with live Stock Screener data. It produces automated daily picks the user can act on as they please, laid out in a GUI that is easy to read at a glance.
How it works
Data first
It sifts a wide range of stocks across sectors, weighing trends, financial data and industry updates from real-time sources.
AI on top
OpenAI's GPT model adds further insight on top of the raw numbers.
A real ranking
Each stock is scored against a rigorous set of criteria, and only the strongest make the list.

Activate your API key, run the analysis and watch the progress bar fill; the picks land on the right.
Stock Contender is a research aid for finding stocks of interest. Every decision to invest stays with the person making it.
